All of our doors are manufactured from the highest quality of wood products available. Whether you choose Maple, Oak,Cherry, Pine, PVC (on MDF), or pure MDF (for our glazed doors) ,each and every raw piece of wood that gets shipped in is closely inspected of defects. The doors are then manufactured by using many strips of solid wood in each door to virtually eliminate the possibility of warping over many years of our cyclical Canadian climate. If the doors were to be cut from one solid slab they would most surely warp within one or two changes of the season.
